   To please Bill I decided to walk all the campsites and see how far they were going around all of them. As always I was in search of the wow of God’s creation and really wasn't expecting to find it just walking around the camp ground. But as usual God had other things in mind. I found butterflies and just beautiful blue skies. It was just a great time to spend thinking about scripture I had read that morning. Remember this whole thing started with wanting to walk with God and if I couldn't do that than just quit. I was thinking on the Eph. 6 scripture of putting on the full armor of God. It accrued to me that lately I had forgotten this very important fact. To remember this life is short and it is a continual battle and without armor and not just any armor, we will feel on the losing end of life. The last month or so I have been dealing with some real battles that it seems God has so much to teach me in this training session. Mostly what love is and should be. To love someone for my own self-satisfaction is not the love of the kind God was talking about. Unmerited and expecting nothing for our effort is the Gods kind of love. How do we learn this, by using Jesus as an example? Jesus loves us with our complete future being his complete concern. Not just love that benefit’s him but love that never changes even when it is not returned. So this was some of my quite time with the Lord that I was thinking on in my walk through the campgrounds and am so blessed to be here and having the privilege to spend this month with him.
