With feeling Gods controlling hand this Morning I am off for my walk this afternoon. It was such a beautiful afternoon with blue skies and wonderful clouds. I was on the lower part of the park near White lick Creek and as I was bent over trying to get a good angle for a picture and I hear this whoop-whoop-whoop and over my head a huge blue heron flew off. I had not seen him in the creek and was shocked to see him just over my head. There were butterflies and a squirrel. Yes, this walking is going well.  Bill came and got me because I was running a little late for work so it was just 3 miles instead of 3 ½. I have also been trying to get a better handle on the different paths in Williams Park and tried a new one that took me to the lower lever near the creek. Love a little adventure. I bet Lewis and Clark and I could have had a great time.    May it have God’s Blessing.

Goal for now 100After such a hot dry summer I just can’t get enough of these beautiful days with green grass.

It’s like I could just hear God finally answering my cry of last week.. The main thing that came to mind was, do you realize you are created and not just created but with a purpose. Yes, my mind has known this, but to fully grasp what that means can be earth shattering. Then to add to this was the fact not only am I created but this is not all about me. Again yes, I know this as well but with the very visual mind God blessed me with started seeing different situations came into focus as to just what this meant. It is like a play and each character was written in for a purpose to bring about the complete story. Another thought, which I’m sure, came from my wonderful blessing form my ATT discussion this morning. It was like typing anything in a pass words and web-pages and each letter and punctuation is crucial even if they seem so small and unimportant but leave a , out and the whole thing is blocked. It is not about my comma but the creator or the web-page where the comma was needed for a very vital purpose. For even a more complicated   picture is a computer  with millions of letters and small commands in the background and each is created for a specific purpose and if any is missing, well we all have experience this. Yes, I am created and yes, I am loved but it is not all about me. I and all humans were created for this time and place and need to be molded to be useful. Most of us do not understand that we are not called to please ourselves but please Him who died and rose on our behalf. Maybe other get the deep truth of this quicker but this seems to give me a better picture of why God loves me, his creation for this spot in time. Thank you Lord for such a grand day walking and I accept my mission to be used for your purpose you have planned for me since the beginning of time. Isn’t it grand to be a part of such a grand plan?  When I began this walking idea. this kind of communing with God was what I had in mind, not just a health walk or exercise plan but a time to walk with God. Thank you Lord.
